   I have very much enjoyed my administrative roles within the navy. Whether it be moral building team taking minutes and scheduling meetings. Doing data entry for specialized work orders with exemplary attention to detail. Being professional with customers and meeting their needs. Taking on more responsibilities supervising and training new quality workers with improved efficiency and readiness, generating monthly reports for 74 work centers, helped manage Workcenter personnel with prepping for pregnancy, needing assistance finding specialized medical help, finding resources to help during difficult time and leading them to find the correct benefits available to them.

  I also love working with aircraft and the continuous learning that follows this field! I'm optimistic about work every day and sense of satisfaction that comes with solving a problem, making planes airworthy. I enjoy working as a team and working on solving problems together. Ever since I was a child and saw my first aircraft, it sucked me in, and I was determined to learn what I could about them. I strive to do my best work every day with a good attitude and good quality.

Aircraft Maintenance
-Daily/turnarounds inspections for the EA/18 Growler aircraft, ensuring any discrepancies are written up with good grammar and detailed description. 
-Final checking aircraft on startup, verifying no FOD, leaks, or missing equipment. Checking MSP codes. Giving the approval that no last minute discrepancies were found during startup. Giving the aircraft is ready for flight.
-Troubleshooting when problems arise and speaking with pilot and the electronic warfare officer to solve the problem in a timely manner.
-Maintenance on aircraft of avionics electrical equipment, changing bad parts and troubleshooting what the problem could be. Operational checks for verification of proper operations before flight. Special/ Conditional inspection all specified days or hours in accordance with instructions.
-Managing shop programs to assist in the smooth day to day workflow. Keeping up to date with current instruction for any assigned program.
-Electronics Technician, USMAPS certification FEB2025

Administrative Roles:
-Secretary duties for our Moral Building team. Scheduled meetings, appointments, coordinated location for meetings, drafted and distributed agendas, took minutes and recorded attendees, maintained official correspondence for the organization. 
-Recognized as the Employee of the Year 2023 for providing friendly and professional customer service. -Performed clerical functions such as maintaining employee personnel files, databases and ensuring co-workers were scheduled for all qualification requirements.
-Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Can type 40+ wpm utilizing Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Power Point, Outlook.
-Supervised and Trained 14 employees, giving lectures as the training manager. Ensuring they complied with certified policies. 
-Inputting data with attention to detail and verifying information is accurate. Completing work orders and issuing receipts.
