Responsible for a sales territory with $12M in annual sales of sandblast abrasives across 5 facilities. Territory included
everything North and East of the southern Ohio border with a customer base of 1200 which consisted of distributors
and large commercial and industrial painting companies
● Established new distribution points in Baltimore and Buffalo capturing new business from a competitor that
resulted in $3M in revenue over the first 4 years
● Led the startup of Utah crushed glass business, obtaining sales locally in Salt Lake City and the West Coast
● Led introduction of new market product “Brightline”, a pool filtration media which grew to $1M in sales by
year 3 and has been growing ever since
● Led sales efforts for introduction of new “SureCut Velocity” product in the Midwest in 2021
● Took responsibility for the Chicago plant and market and have handled that in addition to normal
responsibilities for the past 4 years

Profit and Loss Responsibility for an aggregate plant producing sandblasting media with revenues of $4M per year.
Oversaw 10 employees and was responsible for all operations and maintenance
● Established preventive maintenance program and established critical spare parts inventory
● Restored plant to 100% operating capacity after several years of neglect
● Established company wide best maintenance practices team, coordinating meetings and enlisting the
assistance of vendors for seminars
● Oversaw the most profitable stretch in the plant’s history, with margins exceeding 50% in 2007
