Hello my name Sharaè Booker I’ve been doing property management for 4.5 years. I started at 21, and am now 26, with a love for the field being incredibly young helps me learn more and gives me a lot of time to learn and enhance my profession. I’ve went from a temp leasing agent, to assistant property manager in 3 months, and assistance manager to community manager in a little under 2 years. 

• Communicate with HUD/ SECTION 8
• Manage office of 4 staff members 
• Conduct inspections
• Walk for showings and tours
• Complete 8 monthly reports

-include but not limited to: variance reports, Daily occupancy tracker, Accounting month end, payables, and RA logs.

• Manage budgeting
• Manage invoices
• Work with vendors
• Process move ins and move outs
• Work with the county regarding inspections
• Work with the state regarding inspections
• Develop relationship with residents
• Type up work orders and follow up with completion and if need be schedule vendors
• Host resident events 
• Process verified and approved applications within a timely manner and communicate with the prospective seekers effectively.

relevant education would be real estate courses and my 4 years experience. Currently in school to become an urban planner and developer
