My name is Shalamar Bernstein and I consider myself to be a person who is passionate about hospitality. I have over 20 of experience in the restaurant industry and have spent the last 14 years working and living in Los Angeles. Working at Republique, Bestia and for the over the last 3 years at Osteria Mozza, Chef Nancy Silverton's Michelin starred Italian restaurant. I bring wine and food knowledge from both the old world and the new.
