I HAVE BEEN SERVING IN HEALTHCARE FOR OVER 10 YEARS MY FIRST CNA POSITION MY MANAGERS ALSO PROVIDED ME EDUCATION THAT THEY PAYED FOR TO JOIN THEM AS A  RECREATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT I WORKED FOR THEM DOING BOTH. I ALSO HAVE HAD A BIT IF EXPERIENCE ON PSYCH UNITS AS WELL ONE OF OUR HOSPITALS HERE OPENED A NEW UNIT WHERE I HAD THE HONOR OF SERVING ON THE MENS MILITARY UNIT FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS IN THIS HOSPITAL. ALTHOUGH I MOSTLY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE THERE BEEN PLENTY OF TIME SPENT WITH ALTIMETERS AND DEMENTIA RESIDENTS AS WELL. AS A CNA I HAVE LEARNED A LOT FROM DOCTORS AND NURSES AND EVEN SOME OF MY FELLOW CNA'S AND ALWAYS HAPPY TO DIVE ON AND LEARN MORE! HOPING TO EXPERIENCE NEW THINGS IN HEALTHCARE!
