- Led team on a Life Science Pre-IPO Organization Design and Board Governance project reporting to client CEO and Corporate Development.
- Led teams in organization change management client projects in Industrial, Financial and Retail sectors. Sold work for these engagements in $570k billed and collected.
- Designed value realization and change methodology in a startup capacity for change consulting within organization strategy.
Cognizant Business Consulting, Digital Strategy, Chicago, IL September 2015 – April 2019 Associate Director/Senior Manager
- Led a team of 10+ change management consultants on a major digital transformation, TCV $3.5 million for change management workstream. Developed comprehensive organization adoption playbook approach.
- Compliance and Adoption Team Lead on the company sales transformation program focused on the commercial sales and delivery organization of Cognizant. Managed team of 3 FTEs, budgeted for $1.2 million in FTEs in 2017.
- Salesforce Master Trainer for commercial organization implementation and adoption in North America and Europe. Conducted over 20 in person and virtual sessions with participants over 400 Client Partner level resources in North America and Europe. Salesforce training lead for sales transformation program.
