• Led a team of 10+ change management consultants on a major digital transformation, TCV $3.5 million for change management workstream.  Developed comprehensive organization adoption playbook approach.
• Compliance and Adoption Team Lead on the company sales transformation program focused on the commercial sales and delivery organization of Cognizant. Managed team of 3 FTEs, budgeted for $1.2 million in FTEs in 2017.
• Salesforce Master Trainer for commercial organization implementation and adoption in North America and Europe. Conducted over 20 in person and virtual sessions with participants over 400 Client Partner level resources in North America and Europe. Salesforce training lead for sales transformation program. Developed training strategy, plan, Train-the-Trainer and pilot rollout of salesforce.com.
• Change Management deployment lead for change readiness workshops and actions for 5 NA business units and Continental Europe geography.

• Organization Change Management Lead for a major fashion retailer undergoing a merchandising transformation, on team for proposed add on work of $500k, in excess sold in 2015. Managed consultant team of 6-8 practitioners.
