Experience

I bring over a decade of hands on experience in technical support, web hosting services, and customer focused technology solutions. I began my career in billing and account services at a web hosting company and advanced into a Level 2 Helpdesk Technical Analyst role. There I supported client websites, domains, hosting environments, VPN services, and email systems. My work included troubleshooting scripting issues, vulnerability scans, domain configuration, and cross platform support across Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. I also handled customer follow up, satisfaction tracking, and technical account guidance.


I also founded and operated an independent VPN service company for seven years. I managed the platform, customer support, service reliability, and client relationships. This gave me direct experience with SaaS operations, privacy focused technology, and subscription based services.


Alongside my hosting and helpdesk work, I serve as an assistant manager for a national retail chain where I provide in store technical support and computer services. I perform operating system installs and updates, software setup, hardware troubleshooting, print and document technology support, and customer education. I also manage daily operations, staff support, and service quality while delivering hands on technical problem solving.


My background blends computer repair, web and email support, SaaS operations, and customer education. I focus on clear communication, practical solutions, and helping people feel more confident using their technology.
