I’m a dedicated operations and technical support professional with experience in renewable energy, customer service, and youth ministry leadership. I’m skilled in Salesforce CRM, data management, and case handling, and I bring a servant-hearted approach to every role. My background includes hands-on technical troubleshooting, team coordination, and administrative support in both corporate and ministry settings.

I’m passionate about solving problems efficiently, supporting others with integrity, and helping organizations run smoothly through reliable communication, organization, and follow-through. My goal is to continue growing as a leader who serves with excellence in every environment.

I have a diverse background in technical support, operations, and ministry leadership. My experience includes troubleshooting renewable energy systems, managing data and customer service operations, and leading youth ministry programs. I’ve supported both private-sector clients and community organizations, developing skills in Salesforce CRM, case management, and process improvement. I also bring strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities from my time in the U.S. Navy, where I maintained sonar systems and trained junior technicians in safety and operations.

I’m pursuing a Master of Divinity in Theology at Liberty University, where I also earned a Bachelor of Science in Bible: Christian Ministry with Magna Cum Laude honors. My studies have strengthened my leadership, counseling, and organizational skills, supporting both my professional and ministry work.
