I am a Carpenter from local 209 and I am currently a Gang Boss Prop-Maker in local 44 working for CBS and RADFORD Studios in Studio City in Construction Building Maintenance for Operations.

Studies in Local 209 Carpenters Union 209 Apprenticeship and worked at Kaiser Hospitals. In the Mid 1990s started building Film and Television sets with Local 44. During the Covid, I started full time working with CBS Radford with Operations in Building Maintenance for the past 3 years. This included remodeling Executive Offices, repairs to stages including new floor, repairs to the perms and Catwalks. Adding or removing doors, windows, ceiling tiles, hanging pictures that are artistically placed to be level and appealing to the eye. Opening and repairing drywall for plumbing or electrical repairs, including framing new walls, and hanging drywall for the painters. Hanging Televisions, repairing T-Bar ceiling, etc…… 

I am current on all 15 of my safety classes including General Safety, Environmental Safety, Boom/Scissor LiftCrib. General Fall Protection, Hand and Power Tools, Fire Extinguisher Safety, Scaffold Use, Respiratory Protection, Welding and Cutting, Noise Exposure, Confined Space, Comp. Gas/Fuel Cyl. , Hazard Communication, Rigging Safety, and HP1.
