I have spent my whole life in sports and 39 years in Professional Baseball as a player, scout and coach. I’ve always been excited to learn new ways to help players become big leaguers. I’ve especially enjoyed learning players and what makes them tick.

I played 8 years of Baseball professionally, scouted 7, coached for 24 and played 11 days in the Major Leagues. I have managed over 2,000 MiLB games with player development the main concern .
