• Created a maintenance ticket system (PHP, MySQL) that allowed residents and staff to request maintenance throughout the facilities.
• Documentation of the web application development process through Microsoft programs 
• Created a dynamic front-end design with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap & HTML 
• Created SQL Queries to grab data from the database when necessary

• Regularly tasked with troubleshooting network, computer & UPS battery issues. This includes a wide range of tasks such as fixing down registers and replacing network components such as routers and switches.
