I graduated from Reed College in 2019 and am graduating with my master's from Princeton Theological Seminary in May. I am  seeking employment opportunities that would utilize my deep passion for learning and interpersonal skills to achieve goals and begin my career in a high-level professional environment. I am an innovative, self-motivated, and committed individual with over 9 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles. With a background in critical thinking and problem solving, I am well equipped to produce high-quality work with an enthusiastic and joyful attitude.

Venture League, Curriculum Developer and Program Director, Portland, OR, 2020-Present. Portland, Oregon-based business owners hired me to create a curriculum for a non-profit start-up looking to engage high school students in vocational discernment with a focus on entrepreneurial training and character development. I utilized my training in philosophy to create a program that would cultivate critical thinking skills, emphasize ethical business models, and encourage students to think innovatively and confidently about their future. After presenting my curriculum to the board, the business owners hired me to run the program at local high schools in a beta-testing model to collect data for grant writing.

Songs For Saplings, Strategic Relations and Project Manager, Portland, OR, 2021-2022. A non-profit oriented towards providing musical education and teaching resources to underserved communities internationally. My role included developing and maintaining relationships with global partners, facilitating translation projects, and introducing innovative approaches to increase funding and cultivate a more significant impact.

Private Tutor, Portland, OR, 2020-2021. Oversaw five elementary students engaged in remote learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. My teaching methods incorporated creative and engaging modes of social-emotional development and intellectual encouragement to offer my students a holistic approach to education. I provided tutoring in a range of subjects, including math, English, reading, and writing.

Manager, Tea Bar, Portland OR, 2019-2020. Ensured the shop was providing excellent customer service through developing and maintaining positive customer relations and delivering product to company standard. Reported weekly statistics regarding sales, productivity, and labor percentages and strategized new and innovative ways to increase those numbers. Responsible for monitoring all inventory, ordering product, responding to emails, making schedules for all team members, handling and reporting the deposit, and problem-solving any unforeseen challenges. Shift responsibilities included operating and maintaining counter area, taking and fulfilling food and drink orders at a quick-pace without sacrificing quality and presentation of the order, and implementing and handling point of sale system.
