Savanna Wickert

Hi! My name is Savanna, I'm 28 and have lived in Colorado my whole life. I grew up in Highlands Ranch, but I only recently moved to Wheat Ridge about five years ago. I'm pretty extroverted and can make friends easily. 

I've worked mainly in customer service and with animals since I've been in the work force, but I'm really passionate about working with animals. 

My most recent job was in pet cremation for about two years at Lasting Paws Wheat Ridge (2024-2025). I did the paw prints on the animals, but the secondary part of my job was working up front answering phones and helping pet parents through their journey with cremation. I'd let them know the options for the type of cremations we have and walk them through the process. 

Before cremation I worked in doggy daycare for two years at Rover Retreat in Golden (2022-2024). I was a supervisor, helping assign my coworkers to each yard every morning. I'd write down detailed notes about the dogs, stop scuffles before they started, and train new employees. 

Most relevant education is high school at Thunder Ridge.
