My most recent role as Director of IT – Business Process Improvement at Hogan Services Inc allowed me to lead the establishment and management of a dedicated department focused on enhancing operational efficiency. In this position, I directed various IT initiatives, managed order-level data systems, and ensured the accurate and timely shipment of goods for a nationwide carrier. My work emphasized system integration, application support, and continuous process improvement, where I specialized in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and solutions architecture.

Prior to this, I served as a Program Manager – EDI Systems at Hogan Transports Inc, where I was responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery for customer integration systems. My role involved managing multiple ERP implementations and developing custom software solutions. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects were delivered on time and met high-quality standards. My deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and B2B integrations was instrumental in achieving successful outcomes.

Earlier in my career, as a Business Analyst at Hogan Services Inc, I played a pivotal role in supporting in-house software development projects.
