Sara Chute

Hello! My name is Sara Chute and I will be graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology this May. I will be relocating to Chicago to pursue furthering my education.

I have been a lifeguard and swim instructor the last 5 years, where I have had much experience working with people of all ages and ensuring their safety. This past year, I have been a Resident Assistant and a Senior Student Manager for Aquatics Programming at Penn State Campus Recreation.

I will earn my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology this May, where I have taken courses from cognitive and behavioral psychology, to working with a research staff member on a paper on the opioid overdose epidemic for out-of-state residents in states like Florida and California. I also am a Lifeguard and CPR instructor, where I have worked with many students to help them master the important skills of life-saving resuscitation.
