My recent experience is with DoorDash. Been part of the team for over 1.5 years before I got affected by the recent layoff.

Was leading sourcing efforts for our new retails consumer team for NY , Seattle and California locations. 

Helped maintain 4 talent pipelines for different senior hiring managers and directors

Weekly and monthly sync with stakeholders to present data metrics on current top of funnel, and issues if any for talented candidates, current market themes and address them with our stakeholders and nip it in the bud.

Spearheaded referral drive as additional sourcing pool with 300+ product engineers across org. This helped collect over 400 referral leads and further pushing the funnel.
