SANDRA MACHADO-GARCIA

My name is Sandra, and I work for a Dental office. I will be filing for early retirement and am looking for a new position to continue working in a different field. I would like to stay act and learn new skills. I am self-motivated. Would love a challenging opportunity.   

I have been in the dental field for over 44 years. Started as a dental assistant and worked myself up to office manager.  The last couple of year I have mostly worked in accounts receivable, posting payments evaluating the accuracy Explanation of benefits from dental insurance and submitting appeals for reconsideration and codes that had been denied.  been responsible for sending statements, balancing the previous day's transaction. Refunding patient's credit cards that have a credit balance.  I am still asked to assist the dentist as needed. 

I am a Registered Dental assistant and have been for many years.  Have taken classes.
