My goal is to find a good place to work, a good team, and a place I can be for awhile; like 1 to 5 years. I have 17 years post production experience, 10 years documentary experience, 3 years VFX as a VFX assistant, 3 years production as a receptionist / office manager / executive assistant before finding my way into post. Although, I love post; editing / assistant editing, learning and this business -- I am looking to expand my horizons and get back into the restaurant business. I like bartending, serving, making coffee / juices. I am proficient in FCP, AVID, PREMIERE, DAVINCI (newbie-ish), and most pos systems like toast & aloha. I have experience with Word, Excel, google docs / drive, and Microsoft one drive.0
Brief Bio Restaurant food industry: Server at a high volume restaurant in Destin, Florida. Bartender for 8 years in New York City at places like Giggles in Times Square, Webster Hall (3 story night club), and Peculier Pub on Bleecker Street. Moved to LA, and had the opportunity to work at Sunset Restaurant in Malibu for a year, Akasha in Culver City, Neighbor on Abbot Kinney, Penmar in Venice, The Gourmandise Cooking School in Santa Monica as a kitchen assistant, and as of late; Hotcakes Bakes in Mar Vista for 4 months as a cashier as well as Yoga-urt in Santa Monica (a plant based frozen yogurt restaurant & bakery) as a cashier / sales associate for the past 8 months to present!ecause of all my experience, I feel like I would be a good fit for your restaurant.Since I have been an assistant for 3 years in production, 17 years in post and 15 years in the restaurant business! I am still eager to learn and wanting to work with really good people. Bringing this all together, I think I would work well with you and your team.

Brief Bio in post: My career in post began at World of Wonder where I was an assistant editor on multiple shows for 2 years before getting the bump up to Junior Editor. I then got the full bump up to Editor at 44 Blue Productions and A.Smith & Co. where I worked freelance in development with casting reels, pilots, and sizzle reels. At 44 Blue, I also worked on a network show called, Peter Perfect (S2), a reality makeover television show. I then began editing on bigger shows like; Extreme Home Makeover, Best Park Ever (my first time getting a full episode on my own for Lonely Planet/BBC), and went back to WOW as a full editor for RuPaul's Drag Race (Season 5). This was since 2007 and I joined the union (MPEG 700) in 2011 and started my journey as an assistant editor for episodic/scripted television where I worked with well respected editors. Because of all my experience, I feel like I would be a good fit for your restaurant. Since I have been an assistant for 3 years in production, 17 years in post and 15 years in the restaurant business! I am still eager to learn and wanting to work with really good people. Bringing this all together, I think I would work well with you and your team.
