During my tenure as Professor & In Charge Department of Physiology,
College of Medicine, Northern Border University, Arar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for 6 ½ years (till July 2019), my responsibilities had included:
- Teaching Physiology to Medical, Nursing, Applied Medical Sciences & Nutrition students.
- In - Charge of examinations- College of Medicine, & College of Applied Medical Sciences
- Provide leadership in the development of effective teaching and learning strategies.
- Member of research committee- College of Medicine, College of Nursing, College of Applied Medical Sciences
- Provide leadership for developing equity goals and strategies to support the success of all students.
- Member of the Award Committee for Excellence in Teaching & Learning & have conducted evaluations of full- and part-time faculty and staff & students
- In coordination with department chairs and faculty, develop the annual course schedule.
- Collaborate with faculty to facilitate development and support of new instructional directions.
While in Delhi, India, I had the opportunity to officiate as Director of College of Physiotherapy.
During my tenure, I have demonstrated the ability to lead in a diverse teamwork environment. I have worked with faculty from Saudi Arabia, Libya, Oman, Egypt, Algeria, Sudan, Tunisia, Lebanon, as well as from Pakistan, India, and Bangladesh.
As faculty, I would be able to persuade my level of creativity, communication skill techniques, conflict resolution abilities, technical abilities, & teamwork. I am flexible in my personality, innovative, a quick learner and have a miscible and pleasant personality.
My leadership skills, mentoring, & teaching methodologies would enable me to perform and deliver the best.
