I have over 4+ years of customer service experience from working for Target, Walmart, Amazon, AllConnect establishing great valued customer relations to help when it is needed.

I utilize all great resources and tools given to me over the years in the customer service field to provide useful information to customers for further use or current. I keep a positive outlook of working, adapting to new management, technology if I have to learn. I am able to adjust and improve my skills personally.

I am a current Pre Law concentration major student, Junior at Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.
