I bring a diverse background that combines leadership, customer service, and hands-on problem-solving. As a bartender and support manager, I managed high-volume environments, supervised teams, and learned to stay calm, quick, and precise under pressure- all skills that translate directly to emergency medical care. My experience in landscaping and roadside assistance taught me mechanical awareness, situational judgment, and the importance of safety in unpredictable conditions. These experiences have built the foundation for my work as an EMT, where I combine quick decision-making, teamwork, and empathy to provide effective care in high-stress situations. 

Completed state- approved Emergency Medical Technician training with strong performance in patient assessment, airway management, trauma care, and medical emergencies. Certified through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and licensed in Iowa and Illinois. My education emphasized hands-on clinical experience, teamwork under pressure, and effective communication in fast-paced medical settings. In addition to my EMS training, I've studied Deaf Studies and American Sign Language, which has strengthened my ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds and bridge communication gaps in the field. My education reflects a commitment to compassion, cultural awareness, and excellence in emergency care.
