Provide administrative, sales & operational support to the overall daily operations for a manufacturer of bulk and custom finished goods of specialty wellness supplements.
Key Accomplishments:
- Support outside sales team by pursing leads daily in the CRM, and ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service of product inquiries and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Manage the company’s healthcare benefits and retirement savings program, interface with benefits providers, review monthly invoices and reports, provide benefits information to employees, enroll employees, and assisting employees with benefits issues as they occur.

- Oversee Human Resource duties, including employee recruitment and onboarding, attendance tracking, managing employee PTO accruals, and creating and maintaining employee personnel files.
- Wrote the company’s Employee Handbook, researching state labor laws to ensure company policy complies with state laws and created a new-hire package to maintain proper documentation of onboarding employees.
- Supported the major buildout project for an 18,000 SQFT cGMP manufacturing facility, creating and maintaining a project plan, assisting in identifying contractors and consultants, tracking timelines to assure timely compliance to deadlines, budget monitoring.
- Assists in the creation, training and implementation of GMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

- Carried out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
- Maintained and tracked all certifications, licensing and permits.
- Coordinated deliveries and shipments to and from the warehouse, and answered sales calls for general information.
- Daily monitoring and evaluation of inventories, including regular inventory counts.
- Procurement of production, facility and office supplies as needed using a PO system.
