  • TCIF is being built to deal with global homelessness, hunger, poverty, disease, crime and adverse global climate change.
  •  So far TCIF has:
    •  Serve 60 cups of coffee and tea to the homeless and poor in Pittsburgh, PA
    • Tackle homelessness by assisting it's victims to:

             - reconnect homeless with loved ones

             - provide them food, shelter and transportation

             - give guidance for clients to establish bank accounts

             - provide Medicare/Medicaid Insurance procedural assistance

             - fight Hate Crime through the TCIF’s Black Lives Matter Program

CCI Financial Services

• Intuit: Train in Small Business, Rental, Book-keeping and Partnership related Tax and Accounting Management
• H&R Block: Responsible for individual tax preparation and small business/retirement  services as well as marketing to potential B2B/B2C customers for Western Pennsylvania
• CCI Operations Management
  • Create several power-point presentations such as “Response to Government of India request to deliver COVID-19 related solutions”  and “US response to Ukraine for establishing related COVID-19 mitigation and Eco-friendly processes” to express the firm’s education and consulting capabilities.Slides included Mission, Vision and Values Statements, Short Term and Long term operational/human resources’ Strategies, Goals, revenue projections, firm’s accomplishments and so on.
• CCI Program Management
  • IBM Mainframe and Cloud based services are being assessed to develop Analytics/Intelligence procedures & methods for BASEL IV risk profiles: liquidity, technology and counterparty, market and operations :- risk mitigation scenarios.
  • Manage New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) proposal submission for development of a Residential Real Estate IT-Sitewide-Bidding-and Remediation-System. Responsibilities were to prepare proposal document that included organizational strategy/approach, project costing and estimates, identifying gaps in the current-future state scenarios and project management methodology
  • Propose US/India and US/Ukraine DHHS/WHO/CDC Public-Private Partnerships to cleanse the 3 countries related to COVID-19; floated the proposals to hospitals and venture capital firms in US and India
  • Manage design of Coursera/LearnQuest Information Technology Consulting course-ware that caters primarily to B2B, B2C segments in the U.S and overseas; responsibilities include Technical Delivery/Management; Project Management, Resource Planning & Recruiting: create courseware modules; manage voiceover delivery & delivery of quizzes/class-exercises; direct hiring and course-content review of junior managers/analysts. Module content includes:
  • Manage RFP activities for CCI’s state-of-the-art technology product called Macroeconomic Indicators Securities Research and Analytics (MISRA-FINREG (BASEL IV-Cybersecurity)), details with financial governance, risk & regulatory management aspects in the financial services industry.
