• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvements, Product Launch, Organizational Change & Change Management, Kaizen, GMP, Gemba, 5S, TPS, SPC, 6σ, JIT, OEE, ISO/TS, PPAP, FMEA, DFM, SOPs, TPM, ASTM, AWS, GD&T, CAD & Plant layout.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, project management, quality management, maintenance EHS, OSHA & EPA.
• Hands-on experience in new plant startup & product launch for GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Toyota, and Tesla. 
• Managed salary & hourly union & non-union associates in low-mix high-volume & high-mix low-volume environments. 
• Managed new plant startup and ramp-up of $20M aluminum extrusion plant for automotive and construction industries to three-shift operation producing 300,000 pounds per week of safety critical structural extruded aluminum components.
• Managed 125 production & manufacturing engineering associates in “build to order” armored vehicles, cabs, and bolt-on armored kits across multiple sites. Responsible for plant layout, process & material flow, and transition to new program production.
