I am an American citizen who has a big passion for hospitality. I speak English, Arabic, French and Spanish. My leadership skills and management experience allow me to identify issues in any kitchen, asses them, discuss them with GMs and provide an efficient action plan specific, timely and realistic. I’ve been bringing team members to next level by coaching, teaching and strong enforcement of accountability.

I’ve been in the hospitality business for 16 years. I worked for big American corporate restaurants like Ruth’s Chris steak house, The capital Grille, Del Frisco’s Steakhouse, Hilton, Embassy Suites, The Westin, Cafe Milano.

actually, I am a Senior Leader of 6 outlets at Lansdowne Resort and Spa, all the chefs of these outlets report to me and I report to the director of Culinary.

I was a corporate chef for Ruth’s Chris, opening restaurants and training centers. I was very involved on setting systems for smooth execution in kitchens.

I have 3 degrees,

a baccalaureate with 4 years university degree in sciences math, physics and chemistry from University of Constantine, Algeria

a second baccalaureate with a 4 years degree in Physical-therapy from the medical school of Constantine, Algeria

an Associate degree in culinary arts from the school of management and Tourism in Cartage, Tunisia.
