I am a instructional designer skilled in applying learning theories, design models, and adult learning principles to develop data-driven, engaging, and inclusive content. Proficient in collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, I excel at identifying instructional needs and creating learner-centered, accessible solutions. As a diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) champion, I promote inclusive learning environments to empower diverse learners. 

I have 10+ years of experience applying learning theories, design models, and adult learning principles to develop, teach, evaluate, and refine in-person, online (synchronous and asynchronous), and hybrid courses and learning experiences.

I have an interdisciplinary PhD in English. With six years of rich, interdisciplinary doctoral research in fields such as cultural studies, cognitive science, linguistics, law, communication, and literary studies, I bring a broad and diverse knowledge base to the table. This vast academic foundation and extensive research experience enables me to ensure academic integrity in course materials, swiftly adapt to different subject areas, analyze large volumes of data, and develop courses that cater to diverse learning needs and objectives. This versatility allows me to nimbly traverse a variety of subject areas and contribute to the development of a rich and inclusive curriculum.
