My name is Sacharie, and I am a residential real estate appraiser. I have been in the real estate business since the year 2000. I officially earned my residential appraisal license in 2007, after having earned my bachelor of science in Environmental Science from The University of Massachusetts Lowell.
As an appraiser, I have developed the skills and knowledge to properly analyze this uniqueness and diversity. I continue to build on my experience and education so that all my work continues to be on target and accurate.
Experience
I have been a Massachusetts state licensed appraiser for 19 years. Prior to earning my license I worked directly with a real estate appraiser as an administrator, office manager for 5 years.
Education
I continuously complete approximately 30 hours of continuing education every two years, since 2007.
