My professional experience is primarily in shipboard engine room maintenance and repair so, at

first glance, I may not come across to you as a typical candidate for this position. In the last

several years I had decided to chart a new path in the medical field working as a I worked as a

phlebotomist while going to school to earn my AAS degree. Due to the pandemic, and shortage

of healthcare workers, I decided to contribute my training and experience and begin working on

Med/Surg as a CNA II. While I love what I do working on vessels in the maritime industry my

passion is caring for and learning for others. I have been a trainer and held position of leadership in all my previous

positions, as well as working in a team with others and taking guidance. I am very punctual and hard working. I have a great situational awareness and

practice safe working habits. I have dedicated myself to every position I have ever held in and

outside the medical industry. I am a fast learner and very trainable, and able to be a leader as

well as a team player. I strongly believe in the chain of command. I will continue to gain the

knowledge and experience from seasoned medical professionals to help me be successful in my
