Ryan McDowell

I am an attorney with 4 years of practice experience in funds law, corporate transactional law, and maritime law. I am living in Arizona right now, managing a full time project that will wrap up later this year. I just applied to the Arizona Bar, and anticipate having that license as well by the end of the year. I am looking for an in-house counsel role, or an associate attorney position, with a small to mid size company or firm handling private equity, hedge, and VC funds services.
