  • Canister Rate and Packet Throughput: Increased the canister rate and packet throughput by , optimizing the use of automated dispensing systems and improving overall operational efficiency by improving canister downtime by 50% and increasing active production to 80% from the previous 52%

• Directed the successful transition from PillPack to Amazon Pharmacy Same-Day Delivery operations
• Collaborated with the launch and engineering teams for site retrofit transitioning from Pillpack to Amazon Pharmacy ensuring seamless integration and functionality.  Part of retrofit started same day delivery to Amazon Pharmacy patients by creating 8 different flex pick ups throughout the day to meet customer promise
