I work at C.B.I as a Navigator 2  outreaching  the mental ill and homeless and drug addicts and helping them to get shelter, detox and professional help for a better life.

I been employed by since 9/23 to now

 Navigator II’s primary role is to enhance the likelihood of success, identify and reduce barriers for clients and connect them with needed services and resources. The Navigator II will work with individuals who have been determined as in need of additional support and engagement and will be responsible for conducting outreach, engagement, case management, and ongoing wrap around supportive services.  The Navigator II will also map out the most appropriate next steps for the individual who may need assistance in accessing various services to achieve ongoing success. The Navigator II is part of a multi-disciplinary team made up of internal and external stakeholders.  The Navigator II will document, and track required patient interactions according to the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) Provider Manual, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Community Bridges Policies and Procedures, and specific for the program.  

None as of recent , I went to Grand Rapids  Junior College in 89(but did not finish)
