I'm a seasoned operations and logistics leader with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Regional Operations Director in the United States Marine Corps. In this role, I lead a team of eight senior leaders overseeing more than 1,000 logistics managers, driving complex international supply chain operations and consistently delivering mission-critical results under high-stakes conditions.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on streamlining logistics, optimizing supply chains, and building cross-functional teams. My leadership style is grounded in mentorship and strategic planning—I’ve helped over two dozen managers earn promotions by fostering their personal and professional growth. I’m also passionate about data-driven process improvement and have successfully implemented performance metrics that improved efficiency, morale, and on-time delivery across multiple territories.

I hold a Bachelor's in Business and Management, and I’m completing my Master’s in Public Administration this year. I recently interned as an Operations Manager, where I gained further insight into HR, compliance, and budget management in the private sector—skills that complement my military experience and support my transition into civilian leadership roles.

I recently completed a Master’s in Public Administration at Columbia Southern University, which enhanced my strategic leadership and policy implementation skills, especially relevant for operational and organizational management roles. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management and an Associate degree in Administrative Management Studies from Excelsior University. These programs built a strong foundation in business operations, management principles, and organizational development, aligning well with my leadership experience in logistics and supply chain management.
