About Ronnie Brown:

I am and experienced maintenance technician with over 30 years of experience. I have most recently spent the last 25 years in building maintenance. Prior to that I was a route service and sales technician servicing meat, deli and bakery equipment.

Experience

I spent the first 4 years in the Navy as an auxiliary equipment engineer. When I was discharged I worked as a field tech in HVAC as an installer and repair technician. Then went to work for the TODD shipyard as an inspector. Once that contract was up I joined the Kasco Corporation as a route sales and service representative. The last 20 years maintenance manager in multi family housing. The last 5 as a maintenance technician 3 at the Wyndham resort at Birch Bay. 

Education

High school graduate, I’ve taken course in electricity, welding, HVAC, housing inspector. I hold cert as a Pool operator and CAMT,( certified apartment maintenance technician. I have also been an instructor for the  Washington Multi Family Housing Association.
