Ronald Macchia

If there's a project, I am all hands-on deck. I am currently enrolled in the Kelley School of Business, pursuing a double major in finance and accounting, with a co-major in business analytics, and a double minor in economics and statistics.

In my life, I have experienced a variety of situations, each offering valuable lessons. Some of those lessons include the importance of leadership, the value of a strong work ethic, and identifying patterns using analytical skills. I have consistently been chosen as the leader for the projects I have undertaken in school and have utilized what I have learned to ensure each project's success. Leadership is an important trait to me, as I have realized that the teams that perform the best have a strong leader who guides the team to success. When it comes to work ethic, I am committed to maintaining a high level of diligence and consistently delivering strong results. I am driven to perform at my best, consistently pushing myself to achieve excellence in everything I do. My passion for analytical skills drives me to see data and numbers as tools for a business to achieve their short term and long term goals.

I aspire to secure a finance internship at a company that will allow me to leverage the skills I acquire during my time at the Kelley School of Business. 

In my free time, I am a avid swimmer, golfer, and have a passion for analyzing sports statistics.
