Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in risk evaluation, loan compliance, and regulatory adherence. I possess a keen eye for detail and am adept at interpreting complex financial data, which has contributed to the successful underwriting of multi-million-dollar loan portfolios. My balanced approach to risk management combines stringent quality control measures with efficient loan processing, resulting in a seamless experience for both lenders and borrowers.

In my previous roles, I have stayed updated with the latest trends in the mortgage industry and have gained proficiency in using advanced underwriting software. This experience enables me to make data-driven, informed decisions that align with the best interests of all stakeholders. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism and am driven by my dedication to continuous learning and skill enhancement.   
 

Additionally, I recently completed a certification course for the Google Cybersecurity Certificate (GCC).   With 10 years of mortgage experience behind me plus the GCC, and annual classes regarding money laundering, and other criminal activity, I am confident in my skillset.  I was laid off in January 2023 as a SME for Quality Assurance in Mortgage along with 100+ other underwriters in Texas.  I have a number of years of IT experience as well, including managing teams at JPMorgan and Randstadt.  Finally, I led a team of IT support personnel country-wide to deploy over 6000 POS pin pads over a course of 6 weeks as a project manager assigned to Michaels Stores (via Comm-Works).  I love a challenge!
