I am a Safety Manager with experience in chemical manufacturing, transportation, mining and construction.  I am passionate about taking existing programs and improving them to make the Company a safer and more efficient place to work.  An experienced trainer, I enjoy the interaction in the classroom and on-the-job settings.  I am willing to travel and love working with all levels of employees from the front line workers to senior executives.

I have extensive experience as a Safety Specialist and EHS Management System Coordinator in a heavy chemical manufacturing experience.  I have experience managing transportation and construction safety and risk programs in multiple facilities in multiple states as well as program development in a corporate setting with senior leaders.  I am well-versed with DOT, OSHA (1910 and 1926), MSHA and EPA regulations.  I have experience managing all types of insurance claims including Work Comp, Property, and Vehicle claims.  I am an experienced trainer with many years experience in a classroom setting and also in the field.

I have a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Cedarville university.  I am an MSHA Certified Instructor and have OSHA 30 Certification.  I am also a certified Smith System Driving trainer.
