Currently serving as a Luxury Sales Ambassador for Loro Piana under LVMH, I consistently exceed sales goals while fostering strong client relationships. My background includes roles at prestigious brands such as Acqua di Parma, Clive Christian, Burberry, and Victoria’s Secret, where I honed my expertise in sales strategy, customer service, and team leadership. With a keen eye for fashion, deep product knowledge, and a results-driven mindset, I have a proven track record of increasing revenue, optimizing sales processes, and delivering exceptional client experiences. I hold an Associate of Arts degree from British Virgin Islands Community College, building a strong academic foundation. My education also includes a High School Diploma from British Virgin Islands High School. Further enriching my background, I studied performing arts at R.A.D.A. Performing Arts School in London, England (1992-1994), refining my creativity and communication skills. Additionally, I obtained Certified Nurse’s Aide and Home Health Aide Certificates from All County Health Care, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, FL, showcasing my diverse skill set and dedication to service.
