Roksolana Sorych

My name is Roxy, and I have recently graduated with a Master of Science in User Experience “With Distinction” from Arizona State University. Most of my background is in psychology, including my undergraduate degree and work with children diagnosed with autism, where I realized that my passion behind psychology lies in User Experience and not clinical work. While being an undergraduate student, I excelled in all my classes and had the honor of being asked to be a teacher student assistant and to participate in research apprenticeship, where I assisted my professor in conducting various behavioral research studies in psychology using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). These experiences helped me improve my skills in public speaking, attention to detail, writing, and time management. 

I entered my graduate program with a limited understanding of user experience, and I utilized my talents in being a quick learner and my excellent work ethic to excel in all my assignments. Each project I submitted was diligently constructed to ensure accuracy. I also honed my skills in research, design, and communications. I am proud of my skillset to perform meticulous work, and I always strive to gather the most accurate data in my research to help me find the best solutions.
