Starting as a Production I Operator, I steadily advanced through the ranks, demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous learning. After 15 years of growth within the company, I’m proud to lead dynamic teams and ensure smooth, efficient plant operations.

Before embarking on my career in chemical processing, I honed my craft as a professional barber, graduating from CGTC with technical expertise and a customer-first mindset. This unique combination of skills has shaped my ability to balance precision, communication, and attention to detail in all that I do.

I served as a Shift Manager at a chemical processing plant, managing a team of 15 employees. My responsibilities included conducting safety trainings to uphold a secure work environment, facilitating shift exchange meetings to ensure smooth transitions, and coordinating morning Teams meetings with senior management and various plant departments to provide updates on plant operations. I focused on effective communication, safety compliance, and driving team efficiency to support the plant’s overall success.
