Robin Rourk

I just retired from federal service as a industry liaison and manager of a small business program.  I am passionate about people and traveling!  Most of my strengths are relationship building according to my Clifton strengths assessment. .  I thrive working with others using Empathy and harmony among others.

Managed the NIWC Atlantic Small Business program to ensure small business inclusion in all contracted obligations.  Worked with high level management to drive strategic small business participation to achieve negotiated targets.  Worked closely with industry leaders to ensure understanding contract and technical requirements.  Lead daily one on one meetings with industry and internal government decision makers to educate and exchange information on NIWC LANT small business opportunities.  Received recognition for team awards, industry small business person of the year and goal achievements.
