Due to the unique experience I have with customers, my ability to work well with both customers and fellow employees, as well as my drive to get my goals accomplished, I believe I would be an ideal employee.
Experience
I have been working many jobs while in school since 2015. I worked in multiple different positions ranging from customer service to management. As a manager of a pool, I was responsible for scheduling, hiring, and other administrative functions for the employees under me. I also worked very closely with both the company executives as well as associations we liaise our services to. Working as a server and bartender, I gained helpful experience in working with customers as well as ensuring their satisfaction with the products and services provided to them. While working as a customer service representative for Domino’s, I also worked with the rest of the customer service team to ensure that they were able to help clients with up-to-date information on new products and ensure that the company was able to provide the best service possible.
Education
I graduated high school with a 3.8 GPA, and I am currently in the college of business at James Madison University, with an expected graduation date of May 2023.
