I am an executive-level telecommunications and infrastructure leader with over 27 years of experience delivering fiber, broadband, and large-scale network programs across telecommunications, utility, and enterprise environments. My background includes senior leadership in OSP engineering, construction operations, vendor management, and multimillion-dollar capital programs supporting FTTP, middle-mile, long-haul fiber, and mission-critical infrastructure.

I have led projects exceeding 10,000 route miles of fiber, managed budgets exceeding $150M, and built domestic and international engineering teams delivering constructible designs at scale. I bring a results-driven, safety-focused leadership approach and am well aligned with organizations that execute high-reliability telecom and data center infrastructure.
