When I was 8 years old I figured out I loved to cook. My grandmother would put all sorts of ingredients into a pot and cook food I hated, so I chose to make something delicious out of her pot cooked meals and ingredients. When you learn your passion at such a young age you grow up loving the job therefore, I don’t do the job for the paycheck, I do it for the love of food. My heart goes into everything I cook
