Over 30 years of experience providing project and program management in federal government agencies as well as private industry. The majority of my experience was gained managing federal agency environmental planning and compliance programs and projects including administering programs and ensuring compliance with a variety of federal and state laws and regulations.

Strong technical writing/editing skills to include reviewing and editing draft and draft-final documents.

Strong competency in implementing and writing to NEPA regulations, for which I have a passion.
