I am a detail-oriented and results-driven professional with a strong background in education, Programme and Project Management, Community Engagement, Teaching, Proposal writing, coordination, First Aid training. My ability to mediate, coordinate, teach, manage projects and community engagement are relevant skills, in solving complex problems, manage cross-functional teams, which allows me to deliver high-quality results effectively and efficiently. I am eager to contribute to educational activities by leveraging my professional skills to drive the work of humanity. Very compassionate and willing to serve and support developmental initiatives. I am very fluent in French.

I have adequate background and work experience in refugee resettlement, presentations, proposal writing, negotiation, diversity, Equity, inclusion; Peace building, Gender mainstreaming in community development, Microfinance, Inclusion of people living with disabilities, excellent knowledge of project Planning Management/implementation. I'm also experienced in collaborating and coordinating technical issues; strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to drive solutions to problems through project teams and to push for meeting critical deadlines. 

 I hold an LLB, degree in Law with minor in political science from the University from the Buea-Cameroon,  Certificate in Micro Finance –Cuttington University, Liberia, Certificate in Project Planning and Management and Train-The-Train from  the United Nations Mission in Liberia Integrated Mission Training Center , Diploma in Advanced  Monitoring & Evaluation from the Kwasa International Development & Consultancy Centre-Eswatini; Certificate in Systemic Conflict Analysis  from Folke Bernadotte Academy; The Netherlands ; Master in Public Administration with emphasis in private sector from the Cuttington Graduate School and Professional Studies.
