I am a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) and a licensed Low Voltage Electrical Contractor (ES-0000131) in Florida. I have experience in low-voltage systems, data-cabling design and implementation, and knowledge of control systems and asset tracing, including  RFID systems.
I have designed structured cabling systems for fiber optic and copper networks in various facilities, including data centers, office buildings, industrial sites, and significant retail store chains. I created detailed cable plans and drawings, managed multiple projects, and advised clients on strategic plans and best practices. I oversaw technology systems for voice, data, wireless, security, surveillance, IP systems, patient-call systems, asset tracking, and IoT automation.
As the Government Lead RCDD Design Engineer for the FBI - Network Cabling Program, I designed network and telecommunications infrastructure for cleared data centers and administrative areas, providing technical analysis of specialized applications to operational environments.
In this role, I devised comprehensive solutions for complex telecommunications challenges, ensuring compliance with federal standards and protocols. My work included integrating advanced security measures and optimizing network performance to support mission-critical operations. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, security personnel, and external contractors, to deliver robust, scalable infrastructure.
Beyond my technical acumen, I have demonstrated leadership in project management, guiding initiatives from conception to completion while adhering to stringent timelines and budgets. My ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans has been instrumental in achieving operational excellence and enhancing the security posture of the facilities I have supported.
