- Hired as the first Talent Acquisition employee in company history, responsible for all recruiting, sourcing, and related operations

During my time at OneTrust I supported multiple business units including Research & Development (Software Engineering, Product, and UX), Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, IT, Finance, and G&A, but focused exclusively on sourcing and recruiting for R&D starting in January 2020.
- Led a team of 5 hybrid and remote technical recruiters supporting roles across the Research & Development organization. Roles we sourced and recruited for included: UX Design, UX Research, Back-End Java, Back-End Python, UI Development (Angular and Ember), DevOps, CloudOps, Site Reliability, Information Security, IT, Quality Engineering, Data Engineering, and Business Systems

- Defined and established OneTrust’s first Global Sourcing function, including process documentation for sourcing best practices, training sessions, standardization of metrics, goal setting, and req alignment
- Contributed to the internal sourcing playbook, and developed Boolean strings for strategic DE&I sourcing to help identify and target candidates with specialized skill sets in specific industries and locations
