I am passionate about working with my patients clients and coworkers,I’m passionate about working with my patients,clients and with the mentallychallanged and mentally ill patients in memory care,in hospitals in group homes and in Hospitals.im passionate about ensuring that my clients and residents are able to resolve conflict and address concerns by me being a mediator and a positive role model for patients or clients that I work with.I enjoy organizing social events and serving as a sourceful resource for my patients by providing direct care support and monitoring residents or clients health and daily living by promoting their independence and well being.my rrole often involves assisting with personal care tasks ,monitoring health and vitals administering meds because I am a licensed med technician,some roles I carry  out  Are bathing dressings grooming toileting feeding  and transferring Patients back in forth ,Monitoring the patients by documentation that includes observation and reporting any changes in residents  physical or mental condition  and including  behavioral changes,appetite changes, vital signs during my shift and communicating these observations to appropriate staff.i love my work because it has allways kept me grounded in a caring giving supportive communication with people and children mostly the elderly,my weakness is over bearing love and a compassi and patience that invo me to have these interpersonal and communication skills that are essential in working on a team and be able to keep my compassion ,physical stamina and to keep a passive care and support for the duties and obligations responsibilities for my  patients staff and support team and the business that I work for .My passion is to also do the best that I can do in all situations on my job and with my patients,and my clients and my team members at my place of employment 🙏🏿
