My name is Renee Bromfield, and I just celebrated my fifth anniversary with AvidXchange and am looking for new challenges in a new environment. I am also very interested in a sales position at your company. At AvidXchange and throughout my career, I have been markedly known for working well in a fast-paced environment where a change is imminent. I provide an exceptional customer experience and, at times, have been specifically recognized for being an active listener, using empathy, explaining things clearly and concisely, and ending calls and meetings with positive reviews. In August, I was recognized as the top performer on my team, and last month, I was one of three people at the Charlotte location who received special recognition for having exceptional client relations. I am also detail-oriented with follow-through action items, ensuring a customer's concerns or problems do not escalate.

I have had over five years of experience in retail, serving as Assistant Manager of the exclusive outdoor company Smith and Hawkin, which was in business for over 35 years. I also worked for the high-end furniture and home goods boutique Blackline for four years before they closed for COVID-19. I was one of the top sales at that location and had many repeat customers.  

I received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Business Public Relations and Marketing from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas,
