Experience
I have a strong foundation in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing (MEM), which I’ve developed through my academic studies at the University of Connecticut and hands-on experience during internships at Collins Aerospace and Honeywell. In these roles, I’ve gained expertise in process optimization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
During my internships, I worked on improving production efficiency by automating forecasting processes, optimizing manufacturing workflows, and providing real-time technical support for production teams. I’ve also collaborated across departments to enhance operational effectiveness, applying my problem-solving skills to create meaningful improvements.
My passion for engineering and technology started at a young age, working alongside my dad on various projects, from building fire stoves to fixing appliances. These experiences taught me how to approach challenges with both creativity and analytical thinking. I’m excited to continue applying these skills to new opportunities in manufacturing, process improvement, and engineering management.
Education
I am currently a Senior pursuing a degree in Management and Engineering for Manufacturing (MEM) at the University of Connecticut, where I’ve taken a variety of courses that blend both technical engineering principles and business management skills. My coursework has covered areas such as manufacturing processes, supply chain management, data analysis, product design, and project management.
Through these classes, I’ve developed a strong understanding of process optimization, lean manufacturing, and statistical analysis, all of which have equipped me to approach both the technical and managerial aspects of manufacturing. Additionally, courses in business strategy and financial analysis have enhanced my ability to analyze and optimize operations from a holistic, business-oriented perspective.
